About This Game Atomik: RunGunJumpGun is a tough as nails 2D Action Platformer that puts a teeth-rattling, gravity-defying weapon in your hands. With a cast of crazed characters, simple but beautifully difficult gameplay, and a pulsing musical score, Atomik is a loud, trippy mess of twitchy platforming goodness. The two-button setup is treacherously simple. One button shoots your massive gun downwards, propelling you through the air. The other shoots forward, destroying anything that’s in your path. But there is no stopping in this beautifully surreal world littered with deadly traps and soul-crushing obstacles around every corner. Players will have to constantly alternate between the two firing modes to maneuver through meticulously crafted levels where death is a promise not a possibility. There is only running, gunning, jumping, and gunning, in a mad dash to survive long enough to die again. The game takes place in the Extax System, a solar system where the Sun has begun to swell and devour planets. With most of the planets already devoured, the remaining worlds have descended into madness and superstition. Each denizen has their own theory on why the sun seems so enraged, but they all hang on one central element: Atomiks, the primary resource in the entire system. You play as a scavenger, a rogue from outside the Extax System who seems to have only one goal: get Atomiks. What do the Atomiks mean to the scavenger? Does he want to scoop up precious resources for himself, or use them as a way to appease the sun and end the suffering of the system? Or Maybe they’re just shiny pick-ups in a video game to him.Beautifully Difficult: Every second counts, and the game will test your reflexes to the fullestShield Mode: Empower your intergalactic scavenger with an energy shield and decreases the movement speed to help make the intense action more manageable, but no less heart pounding and exciting.Nonstop Action: Merciful respawns let you die fast and keep you constantly in the actionTwo button gameplay: One button lets you fly, the other blasts obstacles into heaps of rubble.Three Unique Game Worlds: Each world presents its own distinct challenges which require players to change their playstylesOver 120 levels of Mayhem: Each level is meticulously crafted to hone and test the player’s speed and tenacity.Marathon Mode: For players looking to compete for the global high score.Surreal visuals: Trippy and hyper-colourful fantasy-sci-fi art styleHyperkinetic soundtrack: Pulsing musical score blending hip hop, electronic and movie-score vibes.Warped space-opera narrative: The game features a cast of crazed, beautifully illustrated characters.Masochistic Collectables: The quest to collect “Atomiks” littered throughout levels lends an extra level of insanity to already merciless level design. A gift to self-hating completionists.Accessible single-hand gameplay: Appropriate for players with disabilities.Made by free range developers fed a pure mixture of VVVVVV, Hotline Miami, and Super Meat Boy. 7aa9394dea Title: Atomik: RunGunJumpGunGenre: Action, IndieDeveloper:ThirtyThreePublisher:Good Shepherd EntertainmentRelease Date: 31 Aug, 2016 Atomik: RunGunJumpGun Activation Code And Serial Number atomik rungunjumpgun switch review. atomik rungunjumpgun review. atomik rungunjumpgun apk. atomik rungunjumpgun switch. atomik rungunjumpgun. atomik rungunjumpgun review. atomik rungunjumpgun ios. atomik rungunjumpgun ios. atomik rungunjumpgun metacritic. atomik rungunjumpgun switch review. atomik rungunjumpgun gameplay. atomik rungunjumpgun switch. atomik rungunjumpgun. atomik rungunjumpgun steam. atomik rungunjumpgun metacritic. atomik rungunjumpgun apk. atomik rungunjumpgun steam. atomik rungunjumpgun gameplay Absolutely fantastic. The music is reminiscient of Hotline Miami, and really sucks you in the moment you enter the menu screen. Gameplay it fast and an absolute blast to play. The pixel style we've seen done to death retains it's prettyness in the claustrophibic, but colourful environments. Best dollar I've spent in a while. Do yourself a favour and buy this while it's on sale. I would still be very satisfied even if I bought it at full price.. Jesus, this game is stressful. Cool when it syncs up and you get what they were going for. Some levels are super frustrating and only feel like I got through by sheer luck. The style and music are enough to swing this to a positive review though. I'm only on lvl 32 FYI. Awesome level design, awesome music, simple gameplay, hard to master!. Yeah, you know, it's one of those games which walk in Super Meat Boy's steps.Pros : the usual. Fluid and slightly innovative controls, nice graphics.Cons : the usual. It's frustrating in the wrong way. Levels are too long, given the average difficulty of the traps. You have to start over and over and over, only to panic when you finally get to the second part, because the first part of the level requires absurd precision. Then you start over and die again until you get another vague chance at understanding what you have to do next.So why is my review positive ? Well, it's still better than SMB to that extent. And I found the storyline and graphical ambiance really cool. Plus I have to admit the level design is brilliant (at least when it doesn't require pixel-perfect action). It's an excellent buy for both people who genuinely like SMB-likes and people who pretend to like them for the bragging rights. If you're not what they call a "hardcore" gamer, though, I'd not expect the fun you can pull off this game to exceed half an hour.. This game is like a mixture of Flappy Bird and Super Meat Boy, with the artstyle of Hotline Miami. It's an autoscroller where you hold the jump button to rise (by shooting downward) and can also hold the shoot button to shoot forward, but only as long as you aren't already shooting down. These are the only two buttons. The goal is to get to the end of the level without dying, and on the way there are collectibles that you can get if you want an extra challenge. The artstyle can be a bit obnoxious, but it's alright. The music is not that good and is pretty repetitive, so I'd recommend muting it and playing your own. There is a minimal story but it's mostly there for flavor; you can't influence it in any way, nor does it influence the gameplay. The levels tend to be short and somewhat creative, and if you die you quickly respawn. There are 3 planets, where the second has a gimmick where your character can loop vertically on the level (that is, by leaving the screen on the bottom you appear at the top), and the third has two gimmicks: water sections where your gravity is reversed, and the windmills that appear on the trailer, which rotate as you shoot them. It took me about 5.5 hours to beat, getting all the collectibles of the first two worlds but not of the third. The game is challenging and requires a lot of precision. Still, it's not TOO hard to 100% the first 2 worlds. The windmills of the third world though are very random because it's very hard to control how many bullets your minigun shoots at them, and they are very sensitive. Due to this the difficulty feels very cheap, and seeing as this is the last world it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.Overall this game is OK, get it if on sale.
